If you want to source the parts for the DIY-Thermocam V3 on your own instead of buying the Kit from GroupGets that has all parts in it (excluding the FLIR Lepton 2.5/3.5 and the Lepton Breakout Board V2 that can be added during checkout), use this list as a reference:
